Top Ten Books That Will Make You Laugh

Hi everyone! Welcome to Top Ten Tuesday, which is hosted over at The Broke and The Bookish. This week's topic is Top Ten Books That Will Make You Laugh.

1. Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

Rose's sarcasm in this series had me laughing the whole way, and it really eases up the tension of some situations she finds herself in.

2. Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare

Will's humour is similar to Rose's: very dry and witty.

3. Withering Tights by Louise Rennison

You can't help but laugh at Tallulah's awkwardness, partly because it's so relatable.

4. An Idiot Abroad by Karl Pilkington

I love Karl's outlook on life, and how he's not impressed by anything.

5. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

I didn't expect this book to be as funny as it was, but Levi did make me chuckle.

6. Me and Earl and the Dying Girl by Jesse Andrews

This whole book is really funny, but not necessarily in a laugh-out-loud way all the time.

7. The Martian by Andy Weir

I had heard how funny this book was before going into it, but I wasn't sure if I would enjoy it. I did! 

8. Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan

Probably my favourite part about these books is how funny they are.

9. City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

I really enjoy the difference between Simon's humour and Jace's.

10. Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life by Bryan Lee O'Malley

This book is so quirky and some of the lines are hilarious.
